Your Community Calendar

A polished, station-branded calendar your listeners actually use — on web and mobile.

How it works

Event discovery

Radio Playmaker helps keep your calendar filled by identifying relevant events from the local sources you choose. Your team gets a steady flow of opportunities without the burden of constant manual entry.

Approved by your people

Your station stays in control. Nothing goes live until someone on your team approves it, and Radio Playmaker helps clean up the details so reviewing and publishing is fast and simple.

Sponsored by your advertisers

Built-in sponsor placements give your sales team valuable inventory on a page listeners return to throughout the week. Your advertisers become part of the community experience, while your station keeps the revenue.

Ready to Connect

Promotion directors and social teams can quickly turn approved events into polished, ready-to-share content. Radio Playmaker helps create captions, graphics, event highlights, and social packets, so your team can promote more of what is happening in the community without starting from scratch every time.

Get your station connected in just a few simple steps

  • Make it yours. We help you create a calendar that feels like a natural extension of your station. Add your logo, colors, calendar name, and station voice so every public page carries your identity.
  • Get the details in place. A guided setup helps your team prepare the privacy policy and terms needed for listener submissions. You can review and edit everything before publishing, so your station stays informed and in control.
  • Start connecting your community. Choose the local venues, chambers, schools, and civic organizations you want to follow. Radio Playmaker helps bring relevant events to your team for approval, while your sales staff can begin offering built-in sponsor opportunities.

When your station attends or promotes an event, your promotions and social teams can quickly turn it into captions, graphics, event highlights, and ready-to-share social content.

Common questions

Who's behind Station Calendar?

Radio Playmaker, an American company building programming and sales tools for local radio. Station Calendar is our first product — questions go straight to the founder at team@radioplaymaker.com.

Is there a contract?

No — month-to-month, cancel anytime. It's $99/mo for your first station, +$49/mo for each additional station in the same market, or a flat $299/mo for a whole cluster (up to 6). Annual billing saves two months. Checkout runs through Stripe.

Where do the events come from?

Our team at Radio Playmaker constantly checks for what's happening in your market, automatically updates the moment something new comes up, and integrates with any of your preferred sources. Your community can also reach out directly — we filter and automate the whole process straight to you. Nothing publishes without your staff's approval.

What data is collected?

Only what event submitters type into your submission form, and submissions stay closed until your privacy policy and terms are published — the setup wizard drafts both from your station details before you go live.

Whose brand do listeners see?

Yours. The public calendar and weekend feed carry your logo, colors, and calendar name — your station owns the page, we run the plumbing.
